A capsule provides the same dose every morning, takes a few seconds to swallow with a large glass of water and needs no preparation, making the 30 days much easier to complete. Yes to coffee: take your capsule with your large glass of water, then have your coffee as usual. If you already take probiotics or other supplements (magnesium, vitamins, omega 3), ask your pharmacist before combining them, and ideally take them at another time of day to keep your morning routine simple. If you are undergoing medical treatment, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice. Always follow the dose of 1 capsule per day and never exceed it.

Yes, when you feel you need it, never because you have to. Body Reset Cleanse is designed as an occasional course, for example after a period of overindulgence or at the change of seasons, rather than a lifelong subscription. In mainland France, allow 2 to 4 business days after dispatch. Your order is dispatched within 24 hours on business days, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are processed from Monday. Delivery to Belgium and Switzerland takes longer: the delivery time is shown at checkout, before payment.

Express delivery costs €2.95 per order and is free on orders of €40 or more. There is 1 delivery method, with no hidden option added at the final step. The exact amount is shown at checkout, before payment. In Switzerland, import VAT or customs charges may be added on delivery: these are your responsibility and are not collected by Ouvli.

In mainland France, you receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched. If you cannot find the email, check your spam folder before writing to us: it often ends up there. For delivery to Belgium or Switzerland, email us at support@ouvli.com with your order number if you have any questions about your parcel.

Yes, to Belgium and Switzerland, as well as mainland France. These are our only 3 destinations: orders for the French overseas departments, regions and collectivities (DROM-COM), or any other country, cannot be completed at checkout. If you are ordering for someone else, check that the delivery address is in one of these 3 destinations.

Delivery takes longer than in mainland France, and the delivery time is shown at checkout, before payment. Prices are in euros. For Switzerland, the amount may also be displayed in Swiss francs at checkout. On delivery in Switzerland, the carrier or Swiss authorities may ask you to pay import VAT or customs charges. These are your responsibility and are not collected by Ouvli.

Email us at support@ouvli.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and, for a damaged parcel, 1 or 2 photos of the packaging and bottle. We will take it up with the carrier, then send your order again or refund you.

You have 90 days from delivery to complete the entire course and decide. If you are not convinced, we will refund you, even if the bottle is open or empty. You do not have to explain why. The course lasts 30 days and the guarantee lasts 90, giving you time to judge from experience rather than a first impression. The guarantee applies equally in mainland France, Belgium and Switzerland.

Just email support@ouvli.com with your order number. We will confirm that your request is being handled, then issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of that confirmation. You do not need to send anything back unless we specifically ask you to.

If you live in the European Union, which includes France and Belgium, you have a legal right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving your order. To exercise it, email us at support@ouvli.com within that period. This right and our guarantee of 90 days apply alongside each other: neither replaces the other. In practice, our guarantee is longer and simpler, but you keep both. If you live in Switzerland, Swiss law does not provide a right of withdrawal for online purchases: you are covered by our guarantee of 90 days on the same terms.
